Delay in processing comments in Qarma

We have experienced a delay in processing the final comments made by the QCs in the Qarma app. For reports that you have checked since yesterday around noon (EST) and until today around noon (EST), a few of them did not show the final comment from the QC. Please check the reports again to make sure you have not missed out on important information.
