We've now resolved the incident and all data has been processed. It was due to a misconfiguration at our data integration partner. We are putting in place measures to avoid this situation from arising again.

We are experiencing a delay for several hours for importing data into Qarma. Customers depending on live updates of data sent via automated systems or email will notice that data is missing. Until we have fixed this, if data is urgently needed for inspections, please create inspections manually. Our team is working to resolve it asap, we will update the status when we know more. Currently we expect several hours will be needed to resolve the issue, and we do not expect the processing to be back until 10 am CET.
